Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Studio Juntos website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
Studio Juntos provides interior design and styling services, including but not limited to:
- Full-Service Interior Design
- Interior Styling & Refresh
- Renovation Planning & Spatial Layout
- Design Consultation (remote or onsite)
Services are provided subject to availability and are offered in the United Kingdom and Balearic Islands.
Consultations and Quotes
Initial consultations may be subject to fees as discussed during booking. All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change based on project scope, material availability, and other factors.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. Typically, projects require an initial deposit, with progress payments at key milestones and a final payment upon completion. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Project Scope and Changes
The scope of work will be clearly defined in writing before commencement. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in adjustments to timeline and cost, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Studio Juntos remain the intellectual property of Studio Juntos unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for the specific project for which they were created.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their project, budget, and requirements
- Making timely decisions and approvals
- Ensuring access to the property for site visits and work
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
- Coordinating with other professionals (architects, builders, etc.) as needed
Limitations of Liability
Studio Juntos will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to material availability, weather, or third-party actions.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, work completed to the point of cancellation will be charged, and deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
